Project Description

Al-Raya Commercial Center, owned by Salhia Real Estate, consists of a commercial complex with 31 floors above. The building also includes a large conference hall, Courtyard Hotel and a car park with a capacity of 1400 cars.

Our work in this project in general is provide consultancy services related to fire protection.

Our scope of work

• Prepare architectural drawings as build
• Preparation of Fire Zoning/Fire
• Preparing ventilation plans
• Preparing the elevator plans.
• Preparing fire-fighting plans
• Preparation of engineering services plans (foam system and halon alternatives).
• Preparation of warning schemes and emergency lighting and guidelines
• Reviewing all plans and/studies, coordinating with the KFSD
